Swan Turton hires Tony Morris, promotes Pete Bott to Associate Solicitor | Music Business Worldwide


Experienced British entertainment solicitor Tony Morris has left Marriott Harrison after 22 years to join London-based rival Swan Turton.

Morris’s previous clients have included film, TV and other audio-visual producers, IT and entertainment software developers and distributors, record companies, music publishers, composers and musicians, book and online publishers, authors, brands and other creatives and media companies.

He has a particular expertise in dealing with contractual and intellectual property matters, and is ranked within Legal 500 UK 2016 and Chambers and Partners UK 2017.

Morris joined Marriott Harrison LLP as a partner back in 1995 from Cameron Markby Hewitt.


In other Swan Turton news, Pete Bott has been promoted to Associate Solicitor in the company’s Music group.

Bott’s clients include Bring Me The Horizon, Let’s Eat Grandma and Skinny Living.
